Substantially longer than other models, the Elite will roast a pig up to 90kilos (200lbs) for example, serving as many as 300 guests in around 6 hours. With dual viewing windows, both guests and chef can see the cooking in full flow without the need to keep lifting the lids.

Being manufactured in heavy-gauge stainless steel, it’s also built to last. Available in both Spit Roast and Hog Roast versions.
